Coming 2 America was Louie’s last film. Anderson, before his death in 2022, reprises his role as Maurice from the first film following King Jaffe’s funeral and Akeem’s accession to the throne. He and Semi travel back to Queens to find his illegitimate son. During a meeting with the barbershop gang they became friends with many years ago. Mr. Clarence, the head barber, tells them that the son in question is Lavel Junson, a ticket seller who meddles outside Madison Square Garden after meeting Mary. Lavelle’s mother is awkward again. Akeem then takes them back to Samunda. Which made the family very dissatisfied. When General Izzy finds out about this He stopped by to introduce his daughter Bopoto to Lavel for the final shot in his claim to the Samunda throne. but to qualify as a prince Lavelle has to go through a series of primitive traditions first – and dangerous ordeals, at first Lavelle is extremely reluctant to be in danger. but then bonds with Mirembe, the royal guardian. Which tells him Akeem’s quest to find his queen and encourages him to follow his own path. Lavelle then invites his uncle Reem, Mary’s brother, to Zamunda. Studying in the city with his new royal status, Lavelle gradually developed an understanding of Akeem’s family and used his wit and courage. He passed and was appointed Prince of Zamunda. However, at the reception, Lavelle overheard a conversation between Akeem and Izzi, which led him to believe that Akeem was just his exploits and that he, Mirembe, Mary, and Reem would return. at New York Lisa is unhappy with the loss of Mary with whom she is friends.
