Judge Hoffman stripped two juries he suspected sympathy for the defendants for alleged threats from the Black Panther Party. and charged the defendants and their lawyers with multiple counts of contempt of court. create tension between the defendants Many undercover police and FBI agents testify. at the time of the meeting Hayden noticed two police officers following Mr Davis and trying to deflate the tire. But he was caught and arrested later. Abbie and others led the protest to the police station where Hayden was being held. But turned around when he saw the police blockade outside. when trying to return to the park Police took control of the hill with orders to disperse the crowd that led to riots between police and protesters a few days later. The defendant learned that Fred Hampton was killed during a police raid. In retaliation for Seale for continuing to speak out about his constitutional rights, Judge Hoffman took him to another room, beaten, and instead was gagged and chained. which caused the defendants and prosecutors to object. And Judge Hoffman declares SEAL’s case a misunderstanding, the defense puts Attorney General Ramsey Clark on its stand during the riot. Judge Hoffman declined to testify before the jury as he refused to begin prosecution after the riots because of evidence the Chicago Police Department incited them, Dellinger.
