Synopsis Dina Johnson doesn’t believe in witches. and recently broke up with Sam her close girlfriend Having moved to Sunnyvale since then, her brother Josh spends his days researching the city’s history. and her friends Simon and Kate sell drugs in hopes of eventually leaving the city. Dina and Sam reunite at Sunnyvale surveillance for victims of a mall killing. This ensued an altercation between Shadyside’s students and Sunnyvale. On the way home, Sam’s boyfriend Peter begins to open the door in the back of a car carrying Shadyside students. This caused Dina to almost put a huge cooler in the car in retaliation. The sudden nosebleed caused her to lose her grip on the cooler and Peter’s car crashed. Sam survived and witnessed Sarah Fier’s vision before being taken to hospital the next night. Dina and friends Her character begins to be touched by someone they believe to be Peter and his friends. However, when Dina and her friends visit Sam, Peter was killed by Skull Mask, who proceeded to kill others. Several others are in the hospital and are revealed to be Ryan. Sam and Dina seek help but fail to convince the police as Simon is attacked by Ruby Lane, one of Shadyside’s former killers in 1965.
